Candidates must have previous business development and account management experience, ideally in the underfloor heating industry or within a technical sales environment as the role requires the successful candidate to specify the right system to prospects and also keep abreast of industry news and legislation.
You will be sociable, confident and driven in order to ensure that sales targets are met.
Based in Honiton you will establish and develop relationships with pre-quote and post-quote customers through telephone contact, correspondence and participation at exhibitions to ensure that all personal and sales targets are achieved.
You will receive a comprehensive induction and training programme including time spent with the company’s Directors, all teams and an underfloor heating installation course. There will be ongoing training and support on the company’s products thereafter.
Salary: £22,200 plus £5k OTE, uncapped commission (OTE is protected during training period).
