Our client is a trusted telecoms provider based in Bristol. They have a 5-star Trustpilot rating and pride themselves on the provision of an excellent customer experience through the provision of high-quality solutions and support services. They are currently looking to recruit a driven and ambitious Field Sales Representative.
The Field Sales Representative role will encompass account management and new business development. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years previous telecommunications experience and ideally knowledge of Gamma, Horizon and Mitel.
Territory: this will depend on where the successful candidate is based.
Lead Generation: this is a joint effort so our client will provide suitable opportunities through their marketing and lead generation team when it has them but there will be an expectation that the right candidate will be self-generating too if they wish to do new business. As the successful candidate becomes proven in the business, more opportunities will come their way.
Salary: In range of £25-£40k base, OTE £65-90k (with uncapped commission). The top salesperson earnt £150k last year, however, as commission is uncapped and our client pays generous commission on new business and existing customer sales there is potential to earn more.
